The Hope Centre Wood Lane

Wood
Lane
Until recently, the Hope Centre on Wood Lane was used as a base for all the community support we provide. In January 2023 the Food Pantry and accompanying support moved into the Hideaway. This has given us a great opportunity to use the Wood Lane base for a whole range of community support.
The space is open with seating, tables and shelving, and the separated Brew Bar at the back provides a space for private conversations and refreshments.
Through the week the Hope Centre will be used by the Hope team, the Hideaway team and partner organisations for a whole range of community support.
The Hope Centre can be hired by community groups to deliver courses and services in the community.

Use the space
If you are looking to use the space on behalf of a community group either for a one-off or a regular get-together, we may be able to help. Depending on the type of group you are running and it's purpose, the basic charges are outlined here.
The space is multi-use and can be accessed from the front or the back door. Use of the space includes the whole building.

Includes tables, chairs, whiteboard, data projector, tv, wi fi.

We can provide a member of staff to open and close only, or someone to stay and look after the group. We recommend 2 'leaders' in the building at all times. This can include our team member if present.
