Meet the Team

Andy Bebbington

Andy Bebbington is our Chef for the Feel Better Partington programme, and he has over 20 years’ experience of being a Chef.  His previous roles include working at the Hilton Hotel at Manchester Airport for over ten years.  Andy is a local guy who lives with his family and children in Partington, and he currently works for the Hideaway, carrying out various roles.

 

Megan Holroyd

Megan has worked at The Hideaway in Partington for over 3 years, undertaking a variety of roles.  Megan is a local girl who has been born and bred in Partington and has helped many a family in and out of the area organise birthday parties for their children.  Megan enjoys travelling and socialising with her friends.

Megan is our administrator for the Feel Better Partington programme, and she will be ensuring that your referrals are dealt with efficiently and in your best interest.  She will also be ensuring that the programme runs smoothly and that all our service users are tracked and monitored throughout the programme.  

 

Paul Wills

Prior to joining the team Paul has spent most of his career working in the charity sector, and for much of that time he has offered advice and information to people, including a spell working for the Citizens Advice Bureau.  Recently he has been helping people in the Hope Centre in Partington to overcome some of the issues in their life. He also attends People’s Church in Partington.

Paul is our Feel Better Partington Project Co-ordinator, who will be your first point of contact following receipt of your referral form.  Paul will contact you to find out more about you and help you determine which of the partners services they are offering would be most appropriate for you.  Paul will also help you if you have any non-health related barriers or roadblock that are preventing you from taking full advantage of the feel Better Partington programme.

Jacqueline Jordan-Kay

Information and Advice Outreach worker

Jacqueline has worked for Age UK Trafford since May 2023. She previously worked for the DWP in various roles, latterly at Stretford Job Centre dealing with new claims for Universal Credit and working as a Work Coach helping people back into work especially those people with long-term health conditions.  Jackie has also been a volunteer at Stretford Foodbank helping with packing requests for parcels for those in need.

Jackie will be working with the Feel Better Partington programme to help identify unclaimed benefits, undertake benefit checks, and help with form completion to support Partington residents over 50.

Shivani Pal

Information and Advice Manager

Prior to working at Age UK Trafford, Shivani worked at Citizens Advice Salford. She currently delivers an Information and Advice Service which provides comprehensive advice and support to individuals and families in need, by providing support and guidance on understanding and accessing welfare benefits, and ensuring people claim their entitlements.  The Information and Advice team also have a strong commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and communities.

Shivani will be working with the Feel Better Partington programme to help identify unclaimed benefits, undertake benefit checks, and help with form completion to support the Partington residents over 50.

Sarah Rostron

Sarah is the Service Manager at Bluesci Partington, leading her team in enhancing the mental health segment of the program. With a medical background, she ensures top-notch services. Sarah is a dynamic speaker advocating for women's health rights. Beyond work, she enjoys walks with her dogs and fitness classes, nurturing both physical and mental well-being. Sarah's multifaceted passions embody resilience, compassion, and determination in all she pursues.

 

 

Cory Murphy

Cory is currently working for Bluesci as a Wellbeing Practitioner in long-term cardiovascular disease. He is in a battle to create a better, healthier, happier community in the Partington area.

Throughout most of his career, Cory has worked in Occupational Health (OH), working his way up to a senior position, where he was involved in managing, training, planning and much more. Corys most recent OH work, was providing health surveillance to one of the global leaders in arms deals and manufacturing.

Throughout his career, he has gained vast experience, numerous qualifications, certificates and promotions. With constant scope for self-improvement. In 2019, he graduated MSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences. Prior to this, Cory gained his BSc in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences with Personal Fitness Training. Cory is also a Qualified level 3 personal trainer, with a lifelong interest in health and fitness, travelling, DIY, astrology, and aviation.
