TOYS
Donations
We are currently looking for donations for the Toy Library at The Hideaway and for the Hope Centre.
For the Toy Library, we would like to be able to offer a greater range of educational toys, including games and jigsaws, for children to borrow and play with at home. These toys do not need to be brand new, but should be in good condition. If you have toys you would like to donate, please email The Hideaway with a list of items and someone will be in touch with you about details for dropping them off. For more information about the Toy Library, including membership, please click here.
Donations for the Hope Centre are used as part of our support programmes for Hope Centre Members, which help families who are struggling with the cost of toys for their children at Christmas and for birthdays. As the toys are going to be used as gifts, they must be brand new when donated. Please email the Hope Centre with a list of any gifts you would like to donate and someone will be in touch with details for dropping them off.

Toys for Birthdays
In 2019, we started offering support for families struggling with the cost of Christmas presents for their own children and we are excited to now be extending this scheme to include children's birthdays as well.
This support is available for members of the Hope Centre and can only be used to purchase gifts for your own children. You will be able to purchase up to five toys for your child for a total cost of £5. If you are not currently a Hope Centre member, you can find more information about joining here.
If you would like to purchase gifts for your child's birthday, please call, email, or pop into the Hope Centre, and someone will arrange a time for you to visit the toy workshop, where you can choose items from a huge selection of brand new toys.
