Cooking Classes - Hidden Treasure

Are you unsure how to improve your long-term health by changing your diet?  If so, Hidden Treasure’s free cooking classes will help and inspire you.  Andy, our trained chef, is running six weekly sessions throughout the year to help you create some tasty and healthy meals from scratch.  To make things easy, he will use ingredients that you can buy cheaply in the local shops, including our Hope Centre’s Food Pantry.

The sessions will also utilise expertise from F92, who will offer nutritional guidance about what foods you should be eating and avoiding, to improve your health.  We hope our cooking sessions will inspire you to improve your diet, whilst also providing you with the chance to try some tasty new foods that you can then cook at home.

If you have not already done so, and you qualify, why not sign up to the Feel Better Partington programme, so that you can start benefitting from this and the other services we offer.  Act now to improve your health and to Feel Better.

Partington Family Practice

The doctors and staff at Partington Family Practice are very aware of the local challenges many of our patients have.

The faces at the surgery have been here for a long time and we understand the unique healthcare needs of our community. We have worked closely with various agencies over the last 3 years to help reach this point where a real difference can be made for locals.

Already we are benefiting from Kay, our Focused Care Practitioner. Many of the issues we see at the surgery may not have a medical solution, but the impact and overlap of health and social situations are well recognised. The potential to improve both of these through using the Feel Better Partington programme is massive, and we would invite anyone wanting to improve themselves in 2024 to apply now to see the benefits.

Seeing your GP is not required so please self-refer now!  Act now to improve your health and to Feel Better.
